Volumetric weight (kg) = length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000. Chargeable weight uses the higher of actual and volumetric weight, rounded to the nearest whole kg, with 0.5 rounding up and a 1 kg minimum.
For example, a 50 × 40 × 30 cm parcel has a volumetric weight of 12 kg. If it weighs 5 kg on the scale, its chargeable weight is 12 kg. Your invoice also reflects the route charges explained above.

How is chargeable weight worked out?
Measure the packed parcel in centimetres. Volumetric weight is length × width × height ÷ 5000. Use the higher of actual and volumetric weight, round to the nearest whole kg, with 0.5 rounding up and a minimum of 1 kg. For example, 1.4 kg rounds to 1 kg and 1.6 kg to 2 kg.
How do I get a receiving address in China?
