Order from Your Supplier

Order from Alibaba, AliExpress or your direct supplier. Use our China warehouse as the delivery address. Include your shipping mark exactly as instructed: MHK6S + Your Name.

Send Us the Tracking Number

Once your supplier ships the goods, send us the tracking number immediately via WhatsApp. Don't wait until it arrives — we need to track it from the start.

⚠️ Always send the tracking number the same day your supplier dispatches.

We Receive Your Goods & Invoice You

We receive your goods at our Guangzhou warehouse, weigh them (actual or volumetric — whichever is higher), log them and send you a shipping invoice.

Make Payment

Pay your invoice via the available payment methods. We confirm receipt and issue your receipt immediately. Goods are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

We Ship to Your Destination

Your goods are loaded on the next available air cargo flight to your destination (South Africa, Botswana or Zambia). Transit time is 3–4 weeks from departure date.

Delivery or Collection

We notify you when goods arrive. Collect from our depot or arrange door delivery. For Zambia, visit zed.swift-bw.com. For Botswana, contact our Gaborone office.

Get the Sea Cargo Address

WhatsApp us for the sea cargo warehouse address in Guangzhou. Open Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00. No warehouse number or entry fee needed.

Ship All Goods to Our Warehouse

Send all your cargo to our Guangzhou sea cargo warehouse. We consolidate your goods for the most efficient CBM use — saving you money on sea freight.

💡 Sea cargo is charged per CBM (cubic metre). The more efficiently your goods are packed, the less you pay.

We Measure & Invoice

We measure your cargo in CBM, calculate your shipping cost and send you an invoice. Rates: R7,800/CBM to South Africa · P6,800/CBM to Botswana.

Pay & Dispatch

Pay your invoice and your goods are loaded on the next available vessel to your destination. Sea cargo takes 65 days from departure — plan accordingly.

Customs & Collection

We assist with customs documentation. Once cleared, collect from our depot or arrange delivery. For large commercial shipments, we recommend using a local clearing agent.

Once you approve the quote, we send you the express warehouse address in Guangzhou. The shipping mark format is: Your Name + (+260 779701999).

Your goods arrive at our SA warehouse. We confirm receipt and send a transport invoice based on weight and destination.

Pay your invoice. Goods are loaded on our truck to Botswana or Zambia. SA to Zambia takes 5–7 working days. SA to Botswana — contact us for timing.

Goods arrive at our depot. Collect for free or arrange door delivery. Zambia clients can visit zed.swift-bw.com for Zambia-specific tracking and collection.

We present 2–3 verified supplier options with prices, lead times and product samples (where available). You choose the best option for your budget and timeline.

Confirm your choice and pay the full invoice (product cost + sourcing fee + shipping). We purchase immediately after payment — no delays.

How do I get the correct China warehouse address?

WhatsApp us on +267 396 9911 and specify which shipping method you want (air, express or sea). Each method has a different warehouse address. We'll send you the complete address with shipping mark instructions.

What is a shipping mark and why does it matter?

A shipping mark is a label you put on your parcel so we can identify it at our China warehouse. For normal air cargo it's: MHK6S + Your Name. For express it's: Your Name + (+260 779701999). Without the correct mark, we may not be able to identify your parcel.

When does the transit clock start?

Transit time starts from the departure date — the day your goods leave China on the aircraft or vessel. Not from the day you ordered. For air cargo that's 3–4 weeks from departure. For sea cargo that's 65 days from departure.

What is volumetric weight?

Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ 5,000. We charge whichever is higher — actual weight or volumetric weight. This is standard practice for air cargo worldwide. Large but light packages are charged by volume, not actual weight.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We assist with customs documentation for all shipments. For large commercial imports, we recommend using a local licensed clearing agent in your destination country. We can advise on this based on your shipment type and value.

Can I ship phones and laptops from China?

Yes — we handle DG (Dangerous Goods) cargo including phones and laptops. Fixed rates apply: R1,500/phone and R1,700/laptop to South Africa. P1,300/phone and P1,700/laptop to Botswana. You must declare DG items when requesting your quote — do not include them in regular cargo.

How do I pay?

Payment methods vary by country. We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money in Zambia), bank transfer and other methods depending on your location. Payment details are provided on your invoice. Payment is required before goods are dispatched — no exceptions.
