SwiftPath Logistics provides international and regional shipping, product sourcing and logistics services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
All transit times are calculated from the departure date — not the order or booking date. Standard times: Air cargo 3–4 weeks · Express 14 days · Sea cargo 65 days · SA road freight 5–7 working days.
Full payment is required before goods are dispatched. For sourcing orders, payment is required before any purchase is made. No exceptions.
Dangerous goods including phones, laptops and batteries must be declared before booking. Undeclared DG cargo may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
SwiftPath is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues or force majeure. We communicate all delays promptly and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
We do not transport goods prohibited by law in the origin or destination country. Clients are responsible for ensuring goods are legally importable.
SwiftPath handles all goods with due care. In the event of loss or damage, each case is assessed individually. Compensation is subject to declared values at time of booking.
